Why are there still many people who still use Ms.word, even though there are free google docs??? In my opinion, there are several reasons, such as:
1 . Not familiar with the facilities provided by Google

2. need an internet connection

3. Not interested in trying new things

As a previously loyal user of ms. word, thanks to the enlightenment from my colleague, I began to switch to using google docs, and sure enough, I think google has quite complete features and began to be operated so that I felt comfortable using google docs. Some of the advantages of google docs according to my experience:

No need to save repeatedly, as long as you are connected to the internet

If in MS. Word we have to repeatedly click the save button so that changes to the document can be saved properly. So in google , we no longer need to save documents many times, because in google docs every word change and even changes to each letter will be saved automatically and in real-time, as long as it is connected to the internet.

Google docs also provide offline features, which we can still use it even though we are not connected to the internet, where changes will be saved on the device and changes will be automatically saved on the drive if it is connected to the internet.

Minimize typos in typing

In google docs, if we type a word that is not right or a typo, will put a red line on the word.
then when the word is clicked, a suggestion from google will appear to correct a word that may be a typo, so that it will minimize us typing a document.

Can work on a document with several people at the same time

This is one of the advantages of google docs that I like the most, being able to work on one document with a partner, simultaneously, in different places. So for example, I am in a boarding house and my partner is at his house. we want to work on a proposal, for example, he is working on chapter 1 and I am working on chapter 2, now this can be done in parallel and changes are also real-time.
